Thank you for your interest in getting an eternal bracelet at Arion Jewelry.

For gold bracelets we offer 14K and 18K solid gold chains.

For silver bracelets we offer high quality sterling silver chains.

* Please be aware that not all chains are always available at the time of your appointment. If you have your eye on a particular chain, please call ahead to confirm availability.

The welding event takes place at our 1010 Showroom at Spiegelgasse 4, 1010 Vienna.

APPOINTMENT 101

STEP 1 Book a spot online for 1 or up to 4 persons and pay a reservation fee of €10 each. 

STEP 2 After your online booking we will message you via email or Instagram DM to set the date and time of your eternal bracelet appointment. 

STEP 3 Upon arriving, check in with our in-store team and browse and try our range of chain styles and once you have made up your mind, our welding specialist will secure the bracelet to your wrist.

STEP 4 Your reservation fee of €10 per person will be deducted at the in-store check out when you are paying for your selected eternal bracelet.

P.S. If you need to cancel, please write us an email at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment and we will do our best to reschedule. Your booking will be forfeited if you do not inform us on time.  

 

Yes, we offer a one year warranty on all Arion Jewelry products starting from the day when the original order was received. This covers manufacturing and workmanship defects for which we can either offer free repair or exchange within the warranty period. If you like to initiate a warranty claim please send an email to hello@arionjewelry.com with a picture of the product attached and we will get back to you asap. Please note:
-The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send the product back to Arion Jewelry.
-We reserve the right to void warranty on items showing signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it or bring it back to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition! Please email us at hello@arionjewelry.com before returning and we will provide you with the return shipping address as well as further instructions.
