ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please use our return form, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. Please allow 7 days after we have received your shipment to process your return.
If you need to exchange for another color or size, please place a new order online and return your other items for a refund.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition! Please email us at email@example.com before returning / ordering if you are unsure.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We recommend keeping the receipt and saving the tracking number of your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs (Collect on Delivery). We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice, filled out return form and the reason for your return and send to:

For international customers please note that you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice for your return shipment. We are unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders or refused shipments.
