Shipping policy
All our orders are shipped out as priority mail by the Austrian Post Office. We will try our best to ship orders within 48 hours (business days) of the order being placed.

For orders under the free shipping order amount, the following shipping costs (see below) will be charged.
Your will receive a tracking number from us after the shipment has been made.
Please note:
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not liable for any lost packages. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
