Shipping


Yes we are still able to ship world wide at this time. However, current shipping times take longer than usual as many countries are experiencing delivery delays. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Your order will be shipped in a maxi-size mailer box which still fits in the average letter mail box. We put the jewelry either in our velvet pouches, jewelry boxes or reusable ziplock bags. You can be reassured that we take all necessary safety and hygiene precautions when packing your orders.
You get FREE SHIPPING when you meet the following order criteria:
-On orders over € 30 for domestic orders in Austria
-On orders over € 45 for our customers in Europe
-On orders over € 80 for our international customers
If your order value is less than that, the following shipping costs will apply:
Austria: € 4,90 / Europe: € 8,90 / International: € 14,90
Online orders will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. After receiving an order online we do our best to ship it out as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number from us after the shipment has been made.
We are based in Vienna, Austria and we ship all orders with the Austrian Postal Service. The estimated delivery times are as following:
-Austria 1 - 3 business days
-EU 4 - 8 business days
-International 10 - 15 business days
Please note: Due to Covid, we have experienced delays of up to one more week in EU countries and other international destinations. All our shipped orders come with a track and trace link. If you have more questions you can always contact us via email hello@arionjewelry.com and we will get back to you asap.
Yes, we do, we ship worldwide. If the contact address form on our site does not cover all elements of the address format from your home country, do not hesitate to put the whole address in the language and address format of your country in the comment box at check out. We will copy and paste this address onto the delivery address label.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
Contact us immediately via email hello@arionjewelry.com and we can change the address for you. However if the order has already been shipped we won’t be able to change the address for you anymore. You can only use the tracking number and contact the carrier to redirect your parcel.
If you refuse a shipment and the package is sent back to us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return shipping fee that may incur.

Order & Payment


Once we have shipped your order you will receive a tracking number with a tracking link which will be included in the order shipment confirmation email.
Promo codes can be applied at the checkout page. Promo codes are available when you sign up to our mailing list or regularly check our Instagram page for the newest promotions. Beware of promo code conditions and expiration dates.
You can only use one promo code per order. If you have two valid Arion Jewelry promo codes, please choose the one you want to use more.
If you change your mind and want to make changes to your order or cancel your order, contact us immediately via email hello@arionjewelry.com and we will make the necessary adjustments before we pack and ship your order.
If your desired Arion Jewelry item is sold out, you can email us at hello@arionjewelry.com to check when it will be restocked and let us know if you wish to be informed when it is back in stock.
Most major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted.
All our prices are charged in Euro (EUR).

Warranty & Returns


Yes, we offer a one year warranty on all Arion Jewelry products starting from the day when the original order was received. This covers manufacturing and workmanship defects for which we can either offer free repair or exchange within the warranty period. If you like to initiate a warranty claim please send an email to hello@arionjewelry.com with a picture of the product attached and we will get back to you asap. Please note:
-The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send the product back to Arion Jewelry.
-We reserve the right to void warranty on items showing signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it or bring it back to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition! Please email us at hello@arionjewelry.com before returning and we will provide you with the return shipping address as well as further instructions.
Your refund will be credited after we have received the returned products in its original condition. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, not! Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless items are faulty. As a small business we are not able to send packages back and forth at low shipping rates in the way that big retailers do. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Jewelry Care & Storage


When jewelry is not worn it also needs to rest and be taken care of. The better we take care of our jewelry pieces the longer they will remain beautiful. Even though our jewelry comes with a thick gold plating and additional coating it is advisable to avoid contact with (chlorinated and salt) water, lotions, cosmetics, perfumes as it can speed up the oxidation process. Also take off your jewelry during exercise or doing house chores (cleaning, gardening) to avoid scratches and abrasion.
Jewelry items should be kept away from sunlight and moisture since humidity and heat can trigger oxidation. Therefore, when you are not wearing your jewelry or when you take them on your travels you can put them in a sealed bag, such as our Arion ziplock bag or soft velvet pouch.
To clean your jewelry, a soft dry cloth will be enough to remove the dirt and revive the luster of gold. Please be aware that there are different cloths for different kinds of metals (silver polishing cloth for sterling silver for example). We advise you to polish your jewelry pieces very gently as over polishing might remove the plating. Please visit our Material & Care page for more information on how to take care of your jewellery.
Our signature Arion Jewelry ziplock bag has been designed to function as a reusable jewelry storage bag. Storing your jewelry in an air-tight bag will prevent it from tarnishing and keep it shiny and free from scratches. It is a super practical mini ziplock bag which you can easily take with you on your travels. Or you can even use it for other purposes such as storing bobby pins or small coins.

Material & Production


Every piece of Arion Jewelry is made of either 925 sterling silver, stainless steel or brass and we plate all our pieces in 14k / 18k yellow gold, 14k / 18k rose gold and white gold rhodium. All our pieces are nickel free.

All our items are either handmade in our Partner Ateliers in the Seoul area or produced by a curated network of ethical manufacturers and suppliers in Asia (South Korea, Japan, China). We work closely with talented Korean designers on every single piece of our jewelry. We usually visit our suppliers in Asia on a bi-annual basis and are committed to ensure ethical and fair production practices for all workers involved!
