Yes, we offer a one year warranty on all Arion Jewelry products starting from the day when the original order was received. This covers manufacturing and workmanship defects for which we can either offer free repair or exchange within the warranty period. If you like to initiate a warranty claim please send an email to hello@arionjewelry.com with a picture of the product attached and we will get back to you asap. Please note:
-The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send the product back to Arion Jewelry.
-We reserve the right to void warranty on items showing signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it or bring it back to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition!
